We're also getting reports that YouTube videos are extremely choppy unless
LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE is used.

For the sanity of anyone trying to debug this: I'm pushing out a new version of
Epiphany for Fedora that sets this environment variable at the beginning of
main, since we really have no other choice at this point, so don't use Fedora
Epiphany for testing this bug.
