This isn't a Mesa (3D) bug.  Display is handled by the Linux Kernel.

If you'd like to pursue this with the kernel team, you can change this to

   Product: DRI
   Component: DRM/Intel

Or, if you'd rather not, we can close this as RESOLVED / NOTOURBUG.

There are some restrictions on triple monitor support; my guess is that you've
hit some unsupported configuration.  It might be worth talking to someone to
confirm before assuming it's a bug.
