Apply this patch ,it still fails.
output:
dEQP Core GL-CTS-2.0 (0x0052484b) starting..

Test case 'ES2-CTS.gtf.GL.equal.equal_vec2_frag'..
#+ GTF/GL/equal/equal_vec2_frag.shader1.ppm and
