My Mobile Intel® GM45 win7 driver support dx10/sm4, but mesa 10.3 only suppoert
opengl2.1/sm3 with intel driver 2.99.917.

  Mesa 10.3 implements OpenlGL3.3 but depends on driver. Does Intel driver
support OpenGl3.3 for Mobile Intel® GM45? Exist some patch for it?
