Using INTEL_DEBUG=perf I get on SKL:

intel_miptree_blit: Can't use hardware blitter from MESA_FORMAT_R8G8B8A8_UNORM
to MESA_FORMAT_RGBA_UNORM16, falling back.
glBlitFramebuffer(): unknown blit failure.  Falling back to software rendering.
fail
Flushing before mapping a referenced bo.
CPU mapping a busy miptree BO stalled and took 0.314 ms.


On IVB I get only:

CPU mapping a busy miptree BO stalled and took 0.118 ms.
