Bug detailed description:

a9b04d8a0d96922a49ac7eb1b91b3a376a959f64 series fixed i965 gen6+ platforms, but
ILK with the latest mesa master continues to fail this piglit test.

Note i915 platforms such as PNV are separately tracked in bug 90367, as the fix
will hit a different driver.
