Kernel = 4.2 drm-intel-testing 2015-08-28.
Mesa = 10.6.7
xf86-video-intel = 2.99.917 
libdrm = 2.4.64 
libva = 1.6.1 
vaapi-intel-driver = 1.6.1
Cairo = 1.14.2 
Xorg Xserver = 1.17.2 
intel-gpu-tools = v1.12 

Steps to reproduce:
Click Download Chrome.
Choose either 32 bit .deb (for 32bit Ubuntu) or 64 bit .deb (for 64bit Ubuntu)
Click Accept and Install.
Download .deb file to a folder (Downloads is the default folder)
Open up your Downloads folder.
Double-click the .deb file you just downloaded.
This should launch Ubuntu Software Center

Launch a test
Execute command, example:
google-chrome --enable-webgl --ignore-gpu-blacklist --user-data-dir 

Launch Google Chrome and open URL:
www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/conformance-suites/1.0.3/webgl-conformance-tests.html
Click [Run]
