Mesa's CI has identified intermitten failures for this test.  It has been seen
about 10% of piglit runs, on hswgt3e and ivbgt1.  It has appeared on multiple
machines, for m32 and m64.

The failure mode is:

Probe [0] failed. Expected: 17.000000  Observed: 0.000000

Repeating this test by itself will not demonstrate the failure.
