GPU Hang has been observed on haswell triggered by the following tests:

 gl45-cts.tessellation_shader.vertex_spacing
 gl45-cts.tessellation_shader.vertex_ordering

First seen in the build for 01d80bed1f639ed98f09107206ebe36899d3c852 on Jan 9.
