Well, I'm puzzled, PRM for Bay Trail says the same as what is said for IVB:

Vol 2, RENDER_SURFACE_STATE, Surface Vertical Alignment:

Restriction: VALIGN_4 is not supported for surface format R32G32B32_FLOAT
