Update actually  has in the master mainline code

The drivers not changes to much on this

FORMAT_FEATURE_SAMPLED_IMAGE_FILTER_LINEAR_BIT or
FORMAT_FEATURE_SAMPLED_IMAGE_BIT not supported in VK_FORMAT_D24_UNORM_S8_UINT
or VK_FORMAT_D32_UNORM_S8_UINT extensions?

Vulkaninfo only returned 

        optimalTiling  FormatFeatureFlags:
                VK_FORMAT_FEATURE_DEPTH_STENCIL_ATTACHMENT_BIT
                VK_FORMAT_FEATURE_BLIT_SRC_BIT
                VK_FORMAT_FEATURE_BLIT_DST_BIT
