Piglit 3a9efab0da277ec2ddf954576ba7d2bf40c688a9 introduced a test which fails
only on G33.  This result was unexpected and needs more analysis:

fbo: Use renderbuffers instead of textures

This allows fbo-blit-stretch to run on platforms that support
ARB_framebuffer_object but not ARB_texture_non_power_of_two.

Coneptually similar to 7b3f6d5.
