I wanted to double check with Ken and he confirmed what I was reading. Quoting
Ken: "that's a unique looking hang...on a 3DSTATE_VERTEX_BUFFERS...with
GAFS/TDG/DS/TE/HS/VS/VF busy". Ken gave me good ideas how to proceed. Start
looking at the indirect loads, narrow down the shader stage first and then take
a look at shaders. It looks there is a bug hidden in vec4.
