Right, sorry, you'll have to add it.

It should look like this:

            <key name="SDL">
                <key name="Config">
                    <value name="DisableDispatchlessContext"
type="integer">1</value>
                </key>
            </key>

With the "SDL" key section nested within the "Software" catagory.
