Reproduced with Mesa 17.2.4 and kernel 4.13.0-1amd64. To easy reproduce on
Kicad, download a free demo project (heavy), select objects, check the option
"Include items on invisible layers", repeat until display freeze and login
window is displayed (between 5 - 15 mins).
