Screenshot of the bug in action, with some sensitive info blacked out to

Occasionally, the window shadows of a window in KWin exhibit a strange
corrupted pattern, which flickers depending on (I believe?) cursor movement and
disappears when the screen is fully redrawn (e.g. after taking a screenshot in
Spectacle, or toggling compositing off and back on)
