Just to inform you: I installed 16.04 which comes with a kernel 4.4.??.
I'm not sure that this is really valid, but I installed 4.18.0-rc8 including
firmware-radeon-ucode_2.10_all. Nothing else. And I have my GPU Hang within
16.04 together with /sys/class/drm/card0/error.

Now it's your turn. :-|
