Hi again, 
I have an SKL where others steam games work fine by using <18 mesa. I haven't
been able to test on tf2 though. If you don't want to risk it, you could try
with https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/ubuntu/graphics-drivers packages for
now.
