Thank you, this is very helpful!  I can reproduce the lemonbar GPU hang with
your script.  (To avoid crashing X while debugging, you can run it in Xephyr
-glamor as well...)

I've determined that always_flush_cache=true, INTEL_DEBUG=reemit, and
always_flush_batch=true all work around the problem.  We may be missing a flush
somewhere.  I'm not sure where.

Renaming bug to mention CCS and Lemonbar.
