Olivier, could you please share info, how did you build xserver 1.20?
I used this manual
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/x/xorg-server.html

and my machine stuck on welcome screen after building and installing. Had to
reinstall Ubuntu after (rollback via chroot didn't help second time).

I still want to reproduce the same conditions on my local machine.
