Using the WebGL 1.0.4 conformance test on my Sandybridge laptop.

conformance/textures/misc/cube-incomplete-fbo.html (Passed: 3/4 Failed: 1/4 in
553.0 ms)

    failed: gl.checkFramebufferStatus(gl.FRAMEBUFFER) should be 36054. Was
36053.

The other subtests are OK.

I'm using Mesa 1.8.1.1 on Firefox 60.0.2 Manjaro Linux (i've attached a
complete glxinfo).
