Hi. I am able to reproduce the issue on my PC (see lags on apitrace +
flickering screen in the end)

OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 18.1.0-devel (git-1e36fe5dc4)
Dual core Intel Core i7-7500U   
Intel® HD Graphics 620  Kaby Lake
Ubuntu 16.04
Kernel: 4.13.0-37-generic x86_64 (64 bit)

But looks like the game was excluded from steam and not actual anymore.
