devinfo->l3_banks is not initialized for GLK gpus with PCI device ID 3185. This
causes deqp, cts, and piglit tests to fail:

shader_runner: ../src/intel/common/gen_l3_config.c:314: get_l3_way_size:
Assertion `devinfo->l3_banks' failed.
