Hi again. Unfortunately looks like my laptop doesn't support alternate mode for
type-C, so I couldn't connect monitor via it :(

But still, I checked your case on KBL laptop (HD620) and SKL laptop (HD520) -
with DisplayPort and HDMI cables (mesa 18.1.9, 19.0.0 from git).
It works fine for me.

So somebody who has possibility to use usb-c for monitor connection, please try
to reproduce it.

Also, Ladislav, did you try regular cable, HDMI or DisplayPort? Did it work
fine for you? (just to be sure, that the issue really relates to the usb-c
connection).
