Dota 2 - white boxes instead of text

I'm on Manjaro Linux. Celeron N2840.
The first time i found this bug was about more than year ago when i decided to
test Vulkan Dota 2. I didn't report it because i thought this bug is known and
will be fixed in future vulkan-intel releases. But it isn't fixed yet, so i'm
reporting it.
I found this bug also in Windows games running through Proton/Wine with DXVK,
like Pan Panda.
