Hrm... I'm not really sure what's going wrong here.  Looks like either
blending, texturing, it discards going wrong but those should be the same as on
Haswell and, last i checked, it works there. The only immediately obvious this
that missing on Ivy Bridge but not on Haswell is texture swizzle but that's not
supported by MoltenVK and they run Dota2 in that for Mac.  Sorry, just thinking
out loud here.
