[Bug 91433] piglit.spec.arb_depth_buffer_float.fbo-depth-gl_depth_component32f-copypixels fails

Test case ./bin/fbo-depth copypixels GL_DEPTH_COMPONENT32F -auto was verified
on the mesa without Illia's patch and it failed. 
Also after applying Illia's patch on the newest 18.3.0 mesa this test case got
pass.

Also test case ./bin/fbo-depth copypixels GL_DEPTH32F_STENCIL8 -auto is passed
with and without this patch.

Following environment was used:
Haswell; Intel® HD Graphics 4600 ; Intel Core i5-4300M 
16.04.1-Ubuntu
kernel 4.15.0-34-generic
