GPU crash dump for kernel ver 4.15.0-29-generic (xubuntu 18.04.1)

managed to get a GPU crash dump from my xubuntu 18.04 system (kernel ver
4.15.0-29-generic).  It wasn't readily apparent that the trick was to copy the
file by name, even though ls couldn't find it or any of its parent folders.
