Also with latest Mesa commit, building with Autotools instead of Meson fixes
the problem. How using Meson instead of Autotools is able to mess up with the
i965 URB config???
-> I think this bug is one of the blockers for Meson switch / dropping
Autotools support (whether it happens in 19.0 or 19.1).
