Sorry hadn't had the time before.
I tried to reproduce it today without any luck.
I downgraded mesa, xorg, gdm, wayland and linux to the versions installed when
I had the problem in the first place.

I guess we can close this issue as it is not reproducable, if you don't have
any better idea on how to test.
