Hm, yes that is sad.
I see that you are using modesettings.
Could you try to attach also a content of files in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d
or /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
Probably you may have a file named '20-intel.conf' or '20-modesetting.conf'.
Please try to use for option 'Driver' a value 'intel' instead of 'modesetting'
- just for case to check. Need to reboot.
