So putting debug "" gives me the graphical mess on startup

So to recap:

modesetting "Debug" "dmabuf_capable" - small glitches on kwin special effects
(start of the bug report I guess)
modesetting "Debug" "" - high graphical errors on kwin startup
indel ddx - looks good, though graphical corruption on the borders on steam
windows
