        <pre>dEQP-GLES3.functional.negative_api.buffer.framebuffer_texture2d fails,
expecting GL_INVALID_ENUM instead of GL_INVALID_OPERATION.

I sent a patch to fix this here:
<a href="https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2016-March/109439.html">https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2016-March/109439.html</a>

But Ilia pointed out that the test doesn't seem to match the spec:
<a href="https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2016-March/109440.html">https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2016-March/109440.html</a>

and filed an upstream dEQP bug here:
<a href="https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=200911">https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=200911</a>

This bug mostly exists to track which one of us needs to change.</pre>
