        <pre>/me makes a big note about running `make check' more often.

48d14b5e seems like the wrong sha. The issue was originally tracked in
<a class="bz_bug_link 
          bz_status_RESOLVED  bz_closed"
   title="RESOLVED FIXED - test_vec4_register_coalesce regression"
   href="show_bug.cgi?id=94050">bug#94050</a>, unfortunately the fix does not reference the (correct) offender.

Fwiw, issue was introduced with 9f2e22bf343b21d6b44e6a502f00a86d169f5ade and
fixed with c300559fbfa6127320b78c130061fdb6a454658d. Latter of which just
landed in 11.1.
