hack
I spent some time with this today. I noticed that this test passes for me
consistently if I disable _mesa_meta_pbo_TexSubImage usage in intelTexSubImage.
In case I let it use meta and when the test fails, variable 'create_pbo' is
true. I'm attaching a hack that makes this test pass in case this gives some
additional hints what's happening.</pre>
