This bug triggers an X restart everytime it occurs, causing me to loose all
unsaved work. It appears to happen most frequently when using LibreOffice
Impress to edit a complex slide.
I have since upgraded to Kubuntu 17.04 and the bug remains unchanged, as far as
I can tell.
Note: I am using a custom kernel with an APST fix applied (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1678184), but I have
encountered the bug with the stock kernel as well. Anything NVMe related (like
the APST fix) should not affect the graphics stack anyways.
