We have now "automatic shader cache" support in Mesa master. Please retry using
Mesa master tree and using following environment variable:
export MESA_GLSL_CACHE_DISABLE=0
On 2nd run you should get much faster end result. Shader cache will be enabled
by default in some near future after final testing and validation is done.</pre>
