<pre>Hi Tapani.
I checked mentioned pack (Optifine) with minecraft on 10.6.0 mesa and got this
hang:
[12254.473169] [drm] GPU HANG: ecode 9:0:0x87cafef2, in java [16401], reason:
Hang on rcs0, action: reset
[12254.473171] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx
stack, including userspace.
[12254.473171] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org
against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[12254.473171] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right
component if it's not a kernel issue.
[12254.473172] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so
please always attach it.
[12254.473172] [drm] GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error
[12254.473221] i915 0000:00:02.0: Resetting rcs0 after gpu hang
[12291.453545] i915 0000:00:02.0: Resetting rcs0 after gpu hang
Then I switched to 18.2.0 from git (latest) and didn't face any issues there.
So at least for my game session (for about 30-60 minutes) - game works fine.
Minecraft 1.12.2 (java)</pre>
