<pre>After digging more deeply in this issue I figured out that the issue is in the
caller (weston, gl-renderer).
The caller is uploading a texture and passing a wrong pixels buffer. It wrongly
computes the offset.
I'll close this issue and report the bug to the weston project.</pre>
