Yes, performance is not good. I got 15-25 fps (depending on location) on minimal settings in 800x600 resolution. But that's playable if you not picky gamer :) And i have better performance in 640x480, but it's impossible to play in this resolution because text is not readable. By the way, enabling vsync makes the game run smoother.
