and it fixes the issue for gles_mixedtextblobs

Can this be accepted as a fix upstream? 

Rather than application program screwing up dual src blending, we are taking
care of the corner case by disabling Dual source blending when shader doesn't
have second color output. Seems logical to me.</pre>
