over here, still running the Mainline without hitting this.. will continue to
run to see if it fires off. 
as for comment#26 maybe try another go at the bisect, you may need to even
perform a git rebase after the initial bisect to perform a bisect in the merge
to find the culprit.

also since you can trigger this in a short amount of time, you may try: 
CONFIG_CGROUPS = n
before doing any bisects to verify that the cgroup commits are causing this or
not.
