Ok, it happened again on this boot, I'm now running kernel 3.7.0-1.fc19.x86_64.

The values in i915_drpc_info don't change at all even between samples taken
some minutes apart from each other.

I can get more info while the laptop is in this state. I'll suffer the fan
noise for a while.
