Reproducing steps:
Change backlight in GNOME with Fn-keys or gdbus call  --session --dest
org.gnome.SettingsDaemon --object-path /org/gnome/SettingsDaemon/Power --method
org.gnome.SettingsDaemon.Power.Screen.StepDown
