In X running, I need to add the mode "3840x2160_25.00" manually, I do some
tests about X and it looks fine.

Gnome display overscan at mode "3840x2160_25.00", I can't see the gnome panel
in the top of the window. I take a screenshot of this. And I also take a
screenshot of rotation inverted, you can see the difference.
