It skipped on Pinveview/Ironlake/Sandybridge/Ivybridge/Haswell with
-queued,-fixes,-nightly kernel.
Following cases also skipped:
igt/gem_dummy_reloc_loop/bsd
igt/gem_dummy_reloc_loop/mixed
igt/gem_dummy_reloc_loop/render
igt/gem_dummy_reloc_loop/vebox

    tests/gem_dummy_reloc_loop: use igt_skip

    For tests with subtest we should use igt_skip to ensure that subtests
    are always properly enumerated.
