Booted some other linux kernels (3.10.6-gentoo, 3.10.7-gentoo,
3.9.11-gentoo-r1, 3.10.6(vanilla), 3.10.0(vanilla)) with KMS=n, because
3.10.9-gentoo does not have visible/usable VTs with KMS=n.

Result: VTs are invisible/unusable in all 3.10.x versions, no matter if KMS=n.

Will try 3.11-rc7, next.
