An API is needed to adjust Hue/Saturation of the whole display.
There are APIs to adjust gamma curve in libDRM, which can only change
brightness/contrast.

This requirement is a very common one across customers in digital surveillance
system segment.  The lack of this feature will impact popularity of IA in DSS
segment.
