Could you enable libva trace in your environment  ? You can follow the steps
below

1.  export LIBVA_TRACE=~/libva_trace
2.  View the video by Mythtv
3. You should can find a log file of libva_trace.xxx.xxx in your home.
4.  Please attach the log file to this bug.
