The series I pointed to in comment #54 still needs to be upstreamed. Your log
shows the kernel parses the 4k modes correctly but you also need that x server
series for xrandr to display them. Aat the moment the X server decides the mode
goes beyond what the screen can display because it's not fully parsing the
EDID.
